Congratulations to Coach Glasser and the entire Millikan Varsity Baseball Team for clinching the 2009 Moore League title. The Rams extended their Moore League record to an impressive 10-0 by beating Compton High today. The Rams kept yet another opponent scoreless in a 5-0 win to earn their first title since 2001. Hard work and dedication by the coaches and players along with fan support helped the Rams reach their first goal of the 2009 season, a Moore League Championship. Now its time to get ready for CIF playoffs. GO RAMS!

The Millikan Frosh/Soph team defeated Cabrillo on Friday 22 to 0. Pitchers, Mitch Marietti, Chris Magdeleno and J K McGill  combined on the 1 hit shutout. Vincent Perez had 3 hits Ryan Quarnstrom had 2 hits and drove in 4 runs and Juan Meza had a bases clearing double in the 3rd inning when the Rams scored 8 times to break the game open.

The JV baseball team is riding a 3 game Moore League win streak after defeating Poly , Wilson, and Cabrillo. Two strong outings from Tyler Erickson combined with strong defensive play led to two complete game wins against Poly and Cabrillo. The other victory came against league leading Wilson. It took a complete game from Andrew Doten and some miscues from Wilson but the Rams prevailed 6-5 to stay tied for 2nd place with Lakewood.
